Recipe of the Month: Radish Salsa

We are rolling in the radishes right now! Here’s a creative way to use this in-season veggie:

Radish Salsa
Makes 6 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes


  • 7 radishes, cut into 1/4-inch chunks, or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 onion, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced


Mix radishes, pepper, cilantro, onion, ginger, oil, jalapeno pepper, and lime juice together in a bowl.
