Recipe of the Month: Camp Stevens Home “Grown”-ola

Makes 6 cups Ingredients 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick cooking)1 cup sliced almonds or cashews1/2 cup shredded coconut (preferably unsweetened)1/4 cup unsalted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds) or shelled sunflower seeds1/2 cup pure agave syrup2 tablespoons canola oil/sunflower oil1/2 teaspoon kosher salt¼ cup flax seeds½ teaspoon cinnamon1 cup dried fruit (We like currants and dried cranberries!)
